I understand that it may have been difficult, that you have doubted yourself several times if you would make it this far.

But you have made it through 100% of all your days so far. Some days may not have been anything to brag about but you made it through them all with your life intact. That is a victory. You did not give up you continued and fought one day at a time & now you are here and have made it through 100%.

There have been times when I doubted I would make it this far but now I am here and have survived this far, it is a victory for both you and me.

The year is almost over and people will start bragging about all the successes they had in the past year. But you should know that it is completely okay that all you did this year was get through it. It is okay. You should be proud of it, you had a difficult year. Despite all those difficult days, you chose to get up and keep fighting and that is truly something to celebrate. Stretch yourself, you are stronger than you think. You are coming into a new year with so much more experience, whatever life throws at you next year, you know that you can handle much more than you think.
